Update to 7.11.0 fails

Hello.

When I try to upload the upgrade file from 7.10.* to 7.11.0 it uploads to about 90% then I get a 404 page.
I also tried it from using my phone for intenet connection then it uploads to about the same percentage then
it restarts from zero percent.

Any idea what can be wrong?

Try to increase the values of max_execution_time, upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in php.ini

I can also add that in edge it went straight to 404 page without even uploadin anything.
