Update custom module

I created new custom module in “Module Builder”. I have done some changes in custom module through “Module Builder”.
Is it important the way how to apply changes?

I can press “Deploy” in “Module Builder”
Or I can uninstall the custom module through the “Module Loader” and remove packet. After press “Deploy” in “Module Builder”.
How is it correct?

You can do changes and hit “save and deploy” as often as you need.
