"undefined" when convert Lead

Trying to convert lead to account.

In the “Copy Activities To” box, instead of Accounts I have UNDEFINED.

In the old days all you had to do was set permissions to /cache/jsLanguage/en_us.js to 777 and it would work fine… you would get “Accounts” in the box.

Not anymore.

What is the answer?

Ensure permissions are set correctly globally. Also, you shouldn’t get 777, as this is insecure.

I’d also advise to check your .htacess, if you changed the name of the directory at any point you may receive undefined labels issues.
