'Undefined' in many places: Language files are not loading.

Hi All,

I see ‘undefined’ in many places in my suite installation. When I checked the console I saw these errors:

http://mysite.com/cache/jsLanguage/en_us.js?v=UdRFWZFf2o9goZrGoZr3og Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (OK)

http://mysite.com/cache/jsLanguage/Administration/en_us.js?v=UdRFWZFf2o9goZrGoZr3og Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (OK)

I’ve set the permissions like this:

chmod -R 755

chmod -R 775 cache custom modules themes data upload config_override.php

Can anyone guide how to resolve this?

Hello,

Verify owners and group, It could be the issue.

use chwon -R your user-your group

i have same issue after upgrading to 7.13.1,

reset permission and owner groups as i always have done, rebuilt .htaccess and ran a repair.

When i try to run Admin>Repair>Rebuild JS Compressed Files, i also get an ‘undefined’ message…

Processing files. This may take several minutes. Going away from this page will not cancel the process, so feel free to move on or wait for confirmation…

Hello @Bungle , delete your old .htaccess file then goto Admin->Repair->Rebuild .htaccess file. Hope this will resolved your issue.

@Bungle, I don’t know why it didn`t work on your end. Did you use the correct permissions for your SuiteCRM??
