Unable to send through group email account

Hello,

I have a group email account that is able to receive email and create cases out of those emails. Under my account, when I create a new email, I have the option to use that account to send out the email.

None of my users are able to use that account. I have the “Allow users to send emails using the “From” Name and Address as the reply to address:” as yes. What else am I missing?

I’m also not sure if this is a suitecrm issue or just a sugarcrm issue.

I thought I add the solution this.

In the Mail Module, if the user clicks on settings, selects the Mail Accounts tab, they can select the mail account they want to send from. In this case they had to select the Support Group account.

Now everyone can send email out as the group account.
