I am not able to login to SuiteCRM. Putting the right id n pw. I am getting error - ‘You must specify a valid username and password’.
I also tried forgot pw option and get error - ‘Provide both a User Name and an Email Address’. Even though i entered username and email both.
Whats the problem? Please help.
What’s your SuiteCRM version? And PHP version?
Was this working before, and now it’s borken, or this is your initial installation, just trying it for the first time?
Did you leave CAPS lock on?
Do you see any errors in your logs?
