Unable to login - Erro comes"You must specify a valid username and password."

i have installed the whole SuiteCRM software on the sub-domain of my main website. My server is VPS server with window, php7 & mysql are installed. After proper installation when i log in with admin credentials a error “You must specify a valid username and password” is coming. please help how to resolved it.

Are you still having this problem?

What version of SuiteCRM are you using?

Can you try reinstalling and using a simpler password, with no weird characters, to see if it makes a difference?
