Hi Guys,
I am having terrible trouble with SuiteCRM and really need some advice. I installed SuiteCRM over a year ago and it has worked flawlessly. A few months ago, I was unable to log in and haven’t been able to use it since. I have tried installing the latest version of SuiteCRM on my (cpanel) server and, it installed fine but, every time I try to log in, it just goes back to the log in screen. If I try to reset my password it just says the system cannot deal with it and I should contact the adminsitrator which is me.

I have never been able to log in to the new instance of SuiteCRM, even though it seem to install cheerfully. I have followed all the instructions and set the correct file permissions.
I believe it to be a problem with my web server - some sort of security setting - but they have been unable to help.
Thank you for any help you’re able to offer - my client has been without a CRM for over three months now and I don’t know what to tell them
