Unable to load custom logic file

Hi,

I am receiving this error in the new instance of 7.1.4.

The custom logic hooks are not working. No concrete help from google.

After digging a bit, found that $hook_details[2] (line:221 include/utils/LogicHook.php) is empty. Apparently this variable, if am not wrong, stores the URL of the hook file because of which the app is unable to load the logic hook file.

I have attached the error in the sugarcrm.log file.

Any solution for this.
