Unable to Import Cases - Case Number don't exist in the field mapping

I’m new with SuiteCRM ( seems very good ), i installed 2 diferent servers for evaluation and both having the same problems.
server is centos-release-6-7.el6.centos.12.3.x86_64
SuiteCRM Version 7.5.3 Sugar Version 6.5.23 (Build 1061)

been googling about didn’t find the solution for my problems.

I’m trying to migrate my tickets/cases from another application to suitecrm, im using csv files but when choosing fields to match from suitecrm there isn’t case number field.

Another question about case number is if its possible to add a initial header like Ticket# and also the dateof creation as case number being in final something like Ticket#201604080001.
