Unable to generate invoice pdf since upgrade to 7.1.1

As the title states, I am unable to generate a pdf of an invoice since the upgrade. I get a 500 server error. Here are the last lines of the log after trying to generate a pdf from an invoice:

Hello…! Thanks for mentioning the problem but apparently there’s nobody confronted with this. Sadly, I’m with the same problem. Since upgrade to 7.1 (update to 7.1.1. didn’t solve it) I can’t create PDFs from my offers and quotes anymore - which is a bit annoying cause I would have to urgently.

So: help would be really awesome! :slight_smile:

Theribor, Your not alone I have just seen that I also not can create PDF’s anymore.

I don’t see any errors in the logs.

Hi guys,

There was an issue in 7.1 which had an extra file which was not required and broke generating PDF’s. This file should be removed when you upgrade to 7.1.1 - given you set the correct permissions.

Nice - not in my case but - Will solved the issue again. :slight_smile:

In fact: there was a problem after the update. And it did NOT appear in a new installation of 7.1.1 cause I made the comparision.
So just start the Repair-Tool (Admin/System) and the CRM makes itself work again. :slight_smile: Mea culpa, the solution couldn’t have been more obvious - so to say.

Upgraded not to 7.1.1
The PDF creation for Invoices works but not for Quotes, I see following in my logs:

just to complete my thread: in my case there’s nothing wrong again after Quick Repair and Rebuild. Apparently everything works fine with my Offers and with my Quotes.

I had already run the quick repair in the admin section, and it is still not producing the pdf in invoices. What file was supposed to be removed with the upgrade to 7.1.1?

In my (!) case - I did not remove any file at all. Nothing.
I just let repair the CRM by itself and PDF-Export worked as used to.

Removed those two files and did the quick repair, and still getting a 500 internal server error when generating a pdf in invoices.
