Unable to edit dropdown lists

Hi,
I am using 7.11.3 version, I am trying to create a new drop down lists and edit the existing one but when clicked on ‘ADD’ button nothing happens. I clicked double triple but nothing happens. Please let me know if anyone has solution for this.
