We are running version 7.13.0
When editing a user record there’s a tab for External Accounts. I can enter the App User Name, App Password and URL. However, there’s a drop down for Application that shows only a thick black line. Nothing can be selected and it’s a mandatory field. Is there a fix for this?
Fixed it. It has to do with not installing the Add-in SecuritySuite correctly. Fixed that and this is now working.
