Unable to create a relationship in Studio

Hi Friends,

We are trying to create relationship in studio between Accounts and one custom module, when we click Save & Deploy it shows a pop-up (An error has occurred), but there is no error shows in pop-up.
We have checked log file and it logged error :- [FATAL] Missing relationship definition.

We have also checked the same with SuiteCRM default modules but same error occurred.

Please suggest.

Can you check apache log? You will have an exact reason why it fails.
and also can you specify which relationship you are trying ?

In addition, If you are trying this in module builder.
Here is the registered bug, if you have that specific version SuiteCRM.
