Unable to connect to my incoming eMail server.

When I configure up my incoming eMail server I get the following error:
No such host as mail.dbwsys.mb.ca

Please check your settings and try again.

The incoming eMail server is : mail.dbwsys.mb.ca. This is the correct URL and should work. I checked the DNS configuration on the SuiteCRM server and all seems to be correct. Any ideas why I can not connect to my eMail server?

Can you try send test mail ? Hosting problem ?
ping mail.dbwsys.mb.ca give 184.71.88.106. have you try IP ?

I did get it to work. Seems connecting to my eMail server had to be by IP.

so I have an eMail account crm@… What I am trying to do, is to get any eMail from this address to popular inside SuiteCRM so I can file the emails/attachments properly when I am in Suite. Is this even possible?

I also associated my eMail account with my Suite Account, but I can not seem to get to my eMail inbox to find eMails to file.

Will be happy to send you what ever configs you need, just not sure what would be useful for you.
