Unable to add emails to accounts

Fairly new install. (this week) and this is the first account I am adding an email for.
I am able to add email addresses for contacts, leads and targets but for some reason the emails do not save to the accounts.

the following errors are in my log:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: custom in /home1/domain/public_html/subdomain/suitecrm/themes/Suite7/css/colourSelector.php on line 97

I have run the repairs, checked my DIR and file permissions, and run database repair via my hosting service.

Hi there,

These are PHP notices. It would be advisable to adjust your php.ini error reporting settings so that errors are not displayed(but are entered into a log if required). Once you have modified your error reporting, re-try adding the email address.
