i have installed the suitecrm, but when i try to login to the administrator it shows me this message
"Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /crm/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
i dont know what else to do to make it work, can someone help me?
Did you install SuiteCRM following these instructions: https://suitecrm.com/wiki/index.php/Installation, particulary, the “Copying SuiteCRM files to Web Server” section?
i have unzipped the files on my computer, then i have uploaded them using filezilla, and then i have changed the permissions to the files and folders
it’s ok? i mean, i did the right steps?
