Trouble Logging In

My team and I recently began using SuiteCRM, and we’ve run into some trouble logging in. The credentials for the administrator work fine, but other users are not able to log in. The version we’re using is 8.1.3. I made sure I was using the right information, tried different browsers, and also tried recreating users, but found no success. The error message said the login information is incorrect.

What could be causing this issue, and how can it be fixed?

Is 8.1.3 the most recommended version, or should I switch to another version?

I never heard of your problem, there might be something particular going on…

But maybe it’s a good idea to try version 8.2.0, I know that version had a lot of work on login features (LDAP, etc) so there might be other bugs fixed.

Regardless of versions, I also suggest the following diagnosis test: create a new user and see if that one works well.

Also: is there anything about the passwords that might be peculiar? Like all of them having weird characters? Try passwords with just plain letters and numbers and see if that makes any difference.
