Trial/Store add on issues - You are not authorized to view this page. Please contact your system administrator

Hi,

I’m very new to both SuiteCRM and coding so that doesn’t help much…
So, after installing any type of trial from the SuiteCRM store, i always get this message when trying to access the new module’s configurations:
You are not authorized to view this page. Please contact your system administrator

It’s specifically only new add ons, im not sure if it has anything to do with them being trials though? They usually allow me to setup and register the licence, but nothing has allowed me to access their configuration modules. I have also tried quick repairing many times.

Currently tried with:

  • QuickBooks Online Intergration
  • Twillio/Whatsapp add on
  • ESignature
  • Twilio call management

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Did you check if those add-ons were compatible with v8?

If I were you, I’d try a single one each time, make sure it works. Keep an eye on the logs.

And in the Store you can contact each add-on developer and ask for support.
