Where did you take that screenshot from? Did you just make in Photoshop or similar app?
And where do you want to put it, and what for?
I want same design as per screenshot and i want to put this design in custom module. The functionality for this module is to pick time as per selection of time picker and store information in database.
I think you’ll need to customize the views (detail view and edit view). You can find examples in the Developer Guide, and in other online documentation (anything related to SugarCRM up to version 6.5 should apply here as well).
