Hi guys. Is anybody else has also met this problem?
Each time we are now creating a ticket… more than 100 mails are sent to the user “Assigned to”
No particular error log but time of creation is very long (35-45 s to create the ticket).
Running under Version 7.1.4 - Sugar Version 6.5.18 (Build 1110)
How many occurrences of the users email address are in the CRM?
Only one, if i understand your question correctly…
Have you checked against the case, to see if all of the emails are logged there in the history?
Where do you verify this Will? I mean the address support@xxx used to send the tickets does not have history… it is also a groupmail adress. The only way to verify this is to receive 80 email alerts from the same ticket in my mailbox
In fact, when I click to create a ticket, the CRM does not stop to send to send hundreed emails till I close my navigator. It is the same issue for the other users.
I have to erase my cache to be able to connect a new instance.
