This Just wont Work

I consider myself quiet technical in terms of getting hardware and software to work. i simply cannot get this plugin to find anything when i try to manually archive items.

Succesfully connected to the CRM with the plugin not using LAPD Auth

Anything that I search for simply returns a No Result result

I have tried creating a different profile in SCRM, Removed all other 3rd Party Addons in Outlook, Looking at the SCRM logs on Warning Level says nothing.

what am i doing wrong, do i need to set anything in SuiteCRM itself?

Outlook 2013 Exchange Account, Windows 7 64bit

Sugar Version 6.5.18 (Build 1110

Hi there,

You should simply need to install the plug-in. I presume your settings have returned ‘Login Successful’? Have you tried searching using email addresses or numbers?

If nothing is returned, have you tried checking the logs in Windows? Some help links below:-

there is nothing in the Windows logs that indicates that the plugin is failing.
ive also disabled AV to ensure its not blocking the outgoing request
I logged into my cpanel and checked the logs there. and discovered these lines
