I upgraded to SuiteCRM v 7.9x.
My theme changed, and when I went back to change it in the admin, there is only one option, the one I had installed, no others.
There was one or two other themes used over the life of SuiteCRM. Where are they and how can I get them? I do not like the current theme as much as my previous one.
I wish I could give the name of the older one, but it was just installed, and I never looked at the name.

The older themes were called Suite7 and SuiteR. The new theme is called SuiteP.
SuiteP is the only theme available in SuiteCRM 7.9. The other ones had to be deprecated for technical reasons.
You can get a more compact version of SuiteP, google for SuitePImproved.
You can edit colors by changing the CSS.

It is unfortunate. I like the new theme less than the other ones. They were organized differnrly, an dbetter ub my opinion.
It is unfortunate that it is that one only, and no choice.
The color scheme changes will be neat, but it is not the same as changing how the page an dmenus are organized.
Hopefully they can be updated, or replaced, so we can have 2-3 options available.

The new theme doesn’t change much in the organization (the only change I can remember is in the Admin screen). The rest is just a different level of spacing/compactness which I agree is a concern, but is already being addressed.
You’ll find MANY discussions on these forums about this. This has been talked about numerous times. You’re right that the current situation is not very good, we’re hoping the 7.10 version is a good step forward.
