The data template is garbled

Hello everyone!

I am a Chinese user. After I installed Suitecrm and finished the localization, when I uploaded something, it prompted me to download a data template first, but after opening the data template, it was garbled. How should I set it, the current character set is UTF-8 , Is it necessary to change the character set? Please help me to take a look, thank you very much!

Can you switch the Import wizard to English and then Download the Template File?

It has all the column names (labels) which might be not translated or supported in the CSV file that was generated by the import wizard.
