The Arrow to see the next contacts listed under an account doesn't work

Hello,
Since we’ve restored our CRM database, it seems that the arrow to move from one page to the other in the Contacts listed under a company doesn’t work (either the one to go to the next page or the one to go to the last page).
Is there something we should do?
Thanks,
Kind regards,
Regine

Hi Régine,

Have tried resetting permissions and run a quick repair and rebuild?

In addition you should also check your logs to see if there are any errors.

Ok, i’ll do that and let you know, thanks Amariussi!

Hello,
I’ve tried running a diagnostic, but it gets stuck at 15%, a quick repair, it didn’t change anything, I checked the log file but I can’t see any error related to this:

This is an extract of the log file:

What is strange is that in the test version (which was a restored version of the same database at an earlier time), we don’t have that problem…

We are planning on updating the system to the latest version (we have the Version 7.2.1, Sugar Version 6.5.20 (Build 1001), and we’ve noticed that there was a Version 7.2.2 available now, but as the version of the test database is the same as the live one, the problem shouldn’t be linked to the version…

Do you have any other idea?
Thanks!
Regine

Hello,
We have updated Sugar CRM, but the problem remains. I also noticed that we cannot sort the information in the different columns.
On the other hand, when we are in the lists of Contacts or Accounts (not in sub-categories), the arrows function and we can sort the information in the different columns.
I’ve asked another user to check, but he has the same problem.
Could you please help?
Thanks,
Kind regards,
Regine

Hello,
