Tech support case statistics

Happy new year everyone.

We are continuing our evaluation of suiteCRM for our payments software company… Our head of tech support is asking about case statistics. Is this functionality available in suiteCRM?. He is talking about number of case per month, Open vs closed cases, Customers with most cases…basically these kinds of things.

We are currently using a self hosted MS CRM application which is very clunky and unavailable to our remote associates.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can make Reports based on any module, and Cases is a module, so yes. Try it on the live demo:

You can also use Google Graphs, or access the SQL directly, or code your own solution easily (this is open-source!).
