Tasks wont save

hello experts.
I am having issues saving tasks. Sometimes after filling in all the details, when I click save, the task won’t save. Please see the video:

Are you still having this issue?

Its difficult to tell what may be going on from the video, though I appreciate it!

I have a few questions, that might help lead us in the right direction:

  • Can you check if the Task is in the History Subpanel ?
    Occassionally, they can go there if they are set to be in the past. (Though, typically only when set to “Completed”)

  • Which module are you creating this Task against?

  • Do you get any errors in the SuiteCRM error log, or in the Browser Console, when it fails to save?

  • Is there any pattern to when it fails? (ie, Certain Data entered / Against specific records)
