Hi all,
Currently, my work is trying to implement a CRM system and I have to handle that right now, but I am super new to Suite CRM and also dont have techincal background.
Is there any beginner guide for Suite CRM???
And Can we do like Step by Step form movement in this system for example, after sales team filled up all the customer data and customers demand, then form will move to technical dept (Maybe a notification) and they will do their part and update the status in the system?
