SuiteCRM upgrade to 7.2.0 break

I was using SuiteCRM 7.1.5 with Bitnami Stack from AWS market place.
Just now upgraded to 7.2.0, and something noticeable is breaking

1. Top bar ribbon lost its background color:
   
   Default background is white for menu, only when we highlight any menu item it gets dark strip in background.

2. Admin menu link for color setting is missing

Try clearing cache (all) and refreshing ctrl f5

The colour picker has now been changed to be theme-specific. You can access the colour picker by clicking on the theme name within Admin -> Themes.
