Hi everyone! I’m brand new to SuiteCRM with no background in SugarCRM. I’m having a hell of a time understanding at what point an ACCOUNT is created. In one of the official SuiteCRM YouTube vids, I’m told that an account is used for anything including a lead. So, why would we have a whole separate lead section if an account is universal? In my head, a lead is the first step in the account acquisition. So, if someone could please help me understand the SuiteCRM process so I can wrap my head around how to do this or send me a really great tutorial that would be great, too!
