I am a developer from Kyrgyzstan and was considering some of the CRM systems out there. I was wondering if it is possible to use SuiteCRM in Tourism industry, specifically to develop custom itineraries, calculate tour prices based on distance traveled, etc.? I am working in a travel company right now and we do all calculations in Excel, but sometimes we make mistakes because the formula get changed unintentionally, etc.
The second question, how to start developing for SuiteCRM, because I have not found anything related to programming on wiki pages.
I am an open-source guy, so everything I write and every extension I create will be publicly available for free. Help me to get started please and we will be collaborating in the future.
