Good Morning,

I have installed plugin in my SuiteCRM 7.2 and Outlook 2013.

Once configured some options and enable “Archive attachments also,” did some testing. But the plugin does not seem to be working very well … I can not attach the attachments of emails in CRM. Already tested Accounts / modules Opportunities.

Anyone can help?

If you save attachments, it saves them in NOTES. However, BEWARE, it will save everything attached to an email, including logos, emojis, bitmap images, symbols, anything that is not text. After using it for a week and the Notes section grew to over 44,000 items, we stopped.
