SuiteCRM migration to another instance - errors with suitecrm app -script failing

if we backup /opt/bitnami folder for suitecrm package hosted on one server and copy it to another server in another region, do we have to re-install suitecrm or the script installs suitecrm on the new instance? I’m getting errors when I run the script /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh
mysql could not be started
httpd could not be started

Please help

I think you’d be better off asking this in the Bitnami forums… it’s specific to their scripts.
