SuiteCrm locahost running slow

I’m having issues with SuiteCrm on localhost taking a very long time to load any page. Running on Windows 10 IIS I get response times of 8 seconds+. I have tried a lot of different things between messing with SuiteCrm options and Windows/IIS/PHP options. Has anyone ran into a problem like this? Here are some basic settings of my setup.

Windows 10
Suite version: 7.5.2
Php 5.5.38
MySQL 5.5.44

Please check your PHP Memory limit and Max execution time as well. if the memory limit is too little and then increase that and see

Also, you’re running a very old version of SuiteCRM . There were many bug fixes since then, some of them were performance related.
