Suitecrm killing pages

Hi, Please advise. If i am saving my reports pages, it starts loading and loading and kills page after 5 min. I am getting it everywhere on every browser
Also, i have checked RAM consumption is not too high. Here are stats.

Tasks: 188 total, 2 running, 186 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie
%Cpu(s): 4.1 us, 0.7 sy, 0.0 ni, 94.6 id, 0.7 wa, 0.0 hi, 0.0 si, 0.0 st

Please advise, what to do with this kind of issues.

Hi @saurabhramgupta,

If your running a complex report it could be that your MySQL is timing out the responses after 300 seconds (default PHP.ini setting)

Could we get and example of your report?

Its a very simple report where i am just fetching status of project in pie chart. Please advise, how to increase time of MySQL.

Hi @saurabhramgupta,

For now we want to avoid raising the MySQL limit as its a sign something else is broken. Chances are this will continue to spin no matter the limit. If you remove the chart and just show the list view of the report does the timeout issue disappear?
