SuiteCRM Fresh Database

since i have a problem with my database i dont know why some ID are duplicate i wanna create a fresh one BUT i dont want to lost my documents that are upload in several Accounts also the email that are archived and have a history link to a Contact, Oportunity or Lead.

Any way to do this.

What is the issue with your database? To keep notes/documents and their relationships you would need to keep data from several tables within SuiteCRM.
