see in this video it has graph on the right side and top bar is changed

Regarding the Top Bar being different, It seems the user that created the video was using the Suite7 theme.
(You can change to this theme if you would like by clicking your username on the top-right, going to the “Themes” tab, and selecting the “Suite7” theme)
Regarding the Chart, this is something that can be added to the Dashboard.
On your homepage, click “Add Dashlets”
Then, on the popup that appears, click the “Charts” Tab
Then, click “All Opportunities by Lead Source”
This will generate the Chart that the video had. (Although, yours may appear differently as you will likely have different data from the CRM in the video)
