on step 2 of the configueration i am constantly hit with: [color=#ff0000]The provided database host, username, and/or password is invalid, and a connection to the database could not be established. Please enter a valid host, username and password
[/color]

I don’t know what i’m doing wrong, i am fallowing instructional videos and what i can find from your website. i have been fighting this almost a week, is it becuase im using MAMP SQL type server?

Probably you have a problem in your server configuration, or you have inserted wrong authentications data…

Hi - did you ever solve this? I am using WAMP and have got as far as yourself!?! I am using the mysql database installed with wamp rather than my own.
