Hello,
I have my inbound and outbound email working fine.
But I still have some major challenge, I have set all the group email and all but it does not seem to work.
- Auto- creation of case from emails
- Auto- assign the cases to a role users using either round robin or random method.
PS: I even set up the workflow but still I see a lot of people already have this sorted out.
Please help with a video link that will really help.
