SuiteCRM adaptability

Hi all,

Quick question, i’m looking to make a simple CRM implementation with the following features:

  • customer registration : when customer is in store or on call

  • customer services management :
    - allow activation of services (from a stable portfolio) for customer - invoking external webservices
    - allow consultation of services active/in progress
    - allow update on services status by external systems (inbound webservices)

  • 3rd party systems integration (WebServices)

    • allow queries on customers
    • allow queries/creation of services

Can Suite CRM be used for this goal? going through the site it doesn’t seem possible.

You can do all of this, but you would need to build lots of custom code.
