suite crm behind private net

Hi,

I’m sending a campaign With SuiteCRM 7.1. My instance is behind a private company net. I’m wondering if there is a way to have a complete ROI in this case, or if there is a way to track who has opened the emails sent (now this would be sufficient)

Hi rossi,

We have heard of similar issues, and the easiest solution is to make the CRM public. Other solutions you would have to investigate further in terms of fine tuning your VPN to allow full use of campaigns.
