Suite CRM API not connecting from WordPress

Hello,

While connecting to CRM with API from WordPress, the API is not making connection to crm even when login details are correct.

Previously the connection was working fine, but now there is no connection. Can you guide us how to solve it, we tried rebuild, but no luck.

Please guide us, how to resolve this issue
