Suite 8.1.3 Unable to Login on PHP 8.0.23

When I switch my PHP from 7.4 to 8.0.23 I can’t log in to SuiteCRM 8.1.3.

The console is reporting this error, which goes away when reverting back to PHP 7.4

Any ideas? I’m lost at this point. I’d like to get off this obsolete PHP 7.4 asap.

Update: Cron also doesn’t work on PHP 8, I’m getting email alerts of cron failing on mail boxes.

Have a look at the server side logs instead. BOTH of them.
