Trying to run a mail merge for a Campaign. Very central to my work, but only just getting to this feature within suiteCRM and was not prepared for a missing plug-in here.
Does anyone know how to get Sugar Mail Merge in Word installed? I assume this can only be on a PC, which I have access to, but my entire team runs their business on a Mac.
Or better yet, does anyone know how to use the built-in PDF Templates for a Campaign Mail Merge instead of having to get a plug in? I think I would like the benefits of using Word to run a merge, but something is better than nothing.
