Sugar CE to Suite CRM: customizations are not considered while upgrading

Hi,

I have successfully upgraded Suagr CE to Suite CRM 7.2 in 2 steps:

  1. Migrated my Sugar CRM CE to Suite 7.1.6
  2. Upgraded Suite 7.1.6 to 7.2

But I see that lot of customizations(customization of drop down etc) I had done in my Sugar CRM are missing in the upgraded Suite CRM. How do I get them in Suite CRM?

Please define “customizations” that you’ve done. Every customization that you’ve done in studio will be upgrade safe, if you touched manually some files they will be overwrited

I fear the adjustments have been lost. For me this was so in the drop-down boxes that were created by the core product. Internally generated in Studio are still present. The upgrade 7.2. overrides the drop-down menus, if you have adapted and changed the original menu.

Here you have to search and select the right menu in the drop-down boxes.

For customizations that have been lost, it is also a good solution to restore them.

First, check the originally marked menus are still available and choose from these. After saving, these are likely to reappear.

Menus are missing create just new. Before you begin once you export all entries in this module (EXEL). You need exact the same field name that is stored in the database for this field. In order to reconstruct the dropdowns.

As long as you not change the entries you have enough time to correct the error.

All other adjustments should be there. Maybe it helps here a Quick Repair to reload. What is the matter else except dropdown?

Thank you all for the support. I only have problem with dropdown menus. Everything else is there. So upgrade 7.2 overrides drop-down menus. Then I’ll have to recreate them again.
