I have created a Role which allows to edit and list/view mail templates set with access “GROUP”. It worked fine but today users of this role, belonging to the same security group, when they want to create a new mail, they are able to list the mail templates in the “pop-up select window”, but when they click on the mail template they want to use, nothing happens, and seems that they are not able to use this template.
I have tried to do the same with an “admin” user, and I get the same behaviour. In the log file with display_errors of php.ini set to “on”, nothing is shown.
Any adivice about what or how to check to find the root cause?
