As I mentioned previously. The reason for being unable to create the zip most likely falls to your user not being within the correct group. Try running the command groups
on the Linux command line to verify. For now, I agree with @pgr on this one. Iβm more than happy to go into detail about SuiteCRM however your hosting appears to be a major factor with the issue you are experiencing. I would suggest looking for a host that allows direct command-line access as it really speeds up the process of installation and maintaining of web applications.
