Sub Opportunity (English)

I am new to the tool and the forum, therefore I hope this is the correct place for my request for help?

I am faced with a situation, that I have to organize a more complex opportunity linked to an account.
Now my question: Is it possible to create sub opportunities? Or, is it only possible to create different opportunites and link them to one account?
If sub opportunities are possible, how do i create this within the Suite?

Sub opportunities can be added via creating a Self Relationship for Opportunities.
You can create 1:M Self Relationship for Opportunities via Studio, that will give you a SubPanel and Relate field inside the Opportunity record.
As an example check Accounts module “Member Of” field or Contacts module Reports To field.
