Hi, I am fairly new to Suite CRM, So far very impressed.
I have a need to have sub-issue recorded within a case. Our cases typically are open for long periods of time with smaller issues arising an being fixed during the lifespan of a case. We can’t really just open a new case for each of these issue as the documents, calls and emails will not be linked from case to case.
I am after something along the lines of a button on a case screen called issues, which open a sub panel, which allows me to add one or multiple issues to a case.
Does anyone know if this is possible? If so can someone Point me in the directions on how to do this,
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
