Stuck at creating database

Hi All,

I’m stuck at this stage in the installation tried a bunch of different things on the forum, still no luck.

SuiteCRM is connecting OK to the database with the user and password. However, there these errors about “installerhooks”?
What’s that about? How do I solve that?

And then in the domain logs there’s an error “PHP Message: PHP warning: Illegal String offset”

I’m using php 7.1.15 and version SuiteCRM 7.9.16 (just because I read somewhere on the forum others have better success installing previous versions).

Appreciate any hints on next steps? What do I do know?

Hi Joe,

I dont know what the error is, however I have installed the latest version with no issues. Perhaps give that a run?
